Be Special Tours was found to make their guests feel like they are more than special. As one of the leading tailor-made tour operator in Austria we have been working hard on satisfying our guests and to go beyond in order to exceed our client’s expectations. Our tours are created together with our guests, either in advance, or directly on the spot, in order to make usage of the weather conditions, time availability and interest.

During the Pandemic crises we realized that there is more than just some new day tours but there are many people’s interest. As a challenge to ourselves we tried to create something different and came up with the idea that a new tour dimension is necessary in Salzburg. After talking with friends and business partners we created the idea together with Jakob Iglhauser from the Fahrtraum – Ferdinand Porsche experience museum – the idea of offering ours in a real vintage car. Thanks to the museum’s availability we are able to offer a unique experience of a tour in a car from the roaring 1920s.

The Fahr(t)raum – The Ferdinand Porsche Experience world has been founded by the grandson of this famous engineer, called Ernst Piech. His idea lead to the Ferdinand Porsche experience world to show the creations and engineering achievements of this innovator and his heritage to the world. You will find the biggest collection of AUSTRO-DAIMLER cars in the world and you will experience all the background stories about his life and his ideas. You will find one of the first electrical cars, as well as industrial vehicles and tractors that had for the first time the brand of Porsche.
